Anna Bobby
Anna has lived in Marsh Harbour, Abaco for fifteen years and just loves it.

Anna is also a citizen of Iceland, and speaks Icelandic fluently.
She went to high school in Iceland and also in the Bahamas,

Brent Cartwright
Brent was born and raised in Nassau. His families love for the islands had him often traveling around the islands throughout his childhood, thus establishing his love for Abaco.
After completing his high school education he traveled with Operation Raleigh through the jungles of Indonesia participating in a variety of community and scientific projects. He returned to Nassau and headed off to Barry University in Florida.
After one year, his sense of adventure put him in the pine barrens of Abaco with Operation Raleigh participating in scientific studies and community work for the Abaco Forest Reserve.
A short trip to England for an Operation Raleigh reunion led to almost a year long stay in London. A job in a local Pub led to his career in the food and beverage industry and he returned to Nassau and opened two restaurants and bars. But a desire for the island life brought him to Abaco where he worked at Mangoes for several years. Real Estate had been in his mind for years and in 1998 he obtained his Bahamas Real Estate Association License.
He opened up a satellite office of Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty in Marsh Harbour under his Broker Mike Lightbourn. He gained five years of experience and extensive knowledge of the Abaco Real Estate Market during this time.
In November of 2003 Aisle of Palm Realty opened its doors and Brent along with his magnificent team have been assisting both buyers and sellers alike with professional and honest service ensuring that every transaction is handled as it were one of their own.
Shortly after his move to Abaco he met a lovely young lady, Layna Whiting, and after a short courtship of three years they were married in Green Turtle cay. They have five children, Brianna, Brian, Tanner, Tucker and Carter. Brent and Layna are avid runners and also enjoy biking, swimming and yoga.

Giselle McIntosh
Giselle McIntosh was born in Nassau but spent her formative years in Virginia. She graduated from Bishop Ireton High School and went off to North Carolina for university. In the early '90's she moved with her family back to Nassau and opened up a successful business but true island life was calling her and in 1999 she moved to Abaco. There she met her husband and soon after had a daughter. Together they run a golf cart rental business in Green Turtle. Early in 2007 Giselle decided to follow in her mother's footsteps and obtain her real estate license. With her friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge of Green Turtle Cay she will be very successful.

Kristin Williams
Kristin was born and raised in Nassau. She left Nassau at 13 to attend boarding school in Maryland. After four years there she moved on to The College of Charleston where she obtained a bachelors degree in Marketing and Communications. She moved back to The Bahamas in 2005 and made Abaco her home. She married Lloyd Williams, a Charleston native, in 2006.

Maria Silvester
Maria Silvester is our ninja agent, having received the highest score in her real estate class; Maria is determined to help all her clients meet their real estate needs. Maria was born in Nassau but grow up in Alexandria, Virginia. Spending most of her early years working in the family restaurant, Maria decided to follow in her mother's foot steps, moved back home to Nassau became a realtor. After living in Nassau for four years she decided Abaco was where she wanted to raise her family. Maria is fluent in French and Italian.
After receiving her Broker's license in The Bahmas, Maria decided is wanted more education. She now also holds a Broker's license for the State of Florida. Maria also has the distinction of having being an I.R.E.S. (International Real Estate Specialist)and is now studying for her CDPE (Certified Distress Property Expert).

Nikhil Shah
Estate Agent and Appraiser
Nikhil Shah was born in Nassau, but grew up in Ontario, Canada. At age twelve, his family moved back to the relaxed island of Abaco where Nikhil finished his remaining high school years. At 17 he was granted a scholarship to sail around the world for one year on a 198 ft Square Rigged Barquentine, on a program called Class Afloat. Nikhil began his adventure in the Netherlands at Amsterdam and sailed the Mediterranean and various destinations including Italy, Germany, Brazil, Easter Island and the Galapagos islands . After one year and the chance of a lifetime Nikhil has sailed over 35,000 Nautical miles. Sailing both Cape Horn in South America followed by Cape of Good Hope in South Africa amassing his visits to over 30 different countries around the world. Nikhil returned home in 2001 where finished his education and acquired his degree in Business management and Marketing. An avid fitness enthusiast, as well as being a certified personal trainer, Nikhil chose the career of real estate to better share his love of the Bahamas with others as they search the Bahamas to find their piece of Paradise.

Rhiannon Thomas
Rhiannon Thomas was born and raised in Freeport, Grand Bahama and was mostly schooled in the U. S.. After graduating she traveled Europe extensively where she became a croupier and eventually returned home to work in the casino. Her passion for sailing brought her to Abaco where she sails on the team of the local Abaco Sloop known as The Abaco Rage. She obtained her real estate license in 2006 and looks forward to meeting clients and helping them find their dream home or property in Abaco.
