GREEN TURTLE CAY
Green Turtle Cay’s Real Estate Market has been consistent over the past few years and it attracts a more laid back buyer. It is an ideal investment for families and a great destination for sport fishing and scuba diving.
Green Turtle is a barrier island located about 25 miles to the north of Marsh Harbour and 3 miles off the Coast of Great Abaco Island. The island is about 3.5 miles long and a quarter of a mile at its widest point. The year round population of Green Turtle Cay is about 450, around 100 being second home owners. There are three protected anchorages, New Plymouth, Black Sound and White Sound.
The Settlement of New Plymouth is located on the southern tip of the island. It is a charming New England type village settled by The Loyalist over 200 years ago. New Plymouth offers three food stores, several restaurants and a liquor store. There are also two art galleries and a few small resorts.

In White Sound you will find The Green Turtle Club and Marina and the Bluff House Resort and Marina. Both offer lovely accommodations, full service marinas, and fine dining restaurants. Coco Bay and Ocean Beach are just steps away from the resorts and offer great swimming, snorkeling, and beach combing.
Green Turtle Cay is a fun and safe place to explore by foot, bicycle, golf cart or boat.
